We do not charge when we create you a trial environment.
We do not charge when we create you up to 5 files in that trial environment.
We do not charge when we create you up to 5 InfoInOut screen List/Detail or Select/Detail maintenance screen functions and the selection menu in that trial environment.
You can have up to 5 modifications to files and screens in that trial environment, there is no charge for this.
We would expect that this is sufficient to show what we do and arrange your information as you require..
The trial environment is fully functional.
Once you decide to have the functions, we issue an invoice for the ones that you require.
Once the invoice has been settled we create a new unique live environment containing your functions.
The invoice prices are:
£275 per list with detail function
£150 per additional single screen.
£120 per year hosting charge. (Included for a year when a list with detail is purchased, from the date of payment.)
For extra or special processing a charge may be made and will be agreed by consultation with you.
Once live we will perform any minor tweaking required, free of charge in the first two weeks. After this period, a charge may be made and will be agreed by consultation with you.
Any new screens going forward are created in the trial environment, invoiced and then after the invoice is settled they are brought into the live environment.
One year after payment of an invoice for creation of new screens, the hosting charge for the subsequent year comes due. It will also come due on the same day in every subsequent year, unless another qualifying invoice for the creation of new screens has been paid in which case it comes due on the anniversary of that payment instead. An invoice will be provided prior to the date of the charge and if paid, then the provision of the service will continue, if not paid then the provision of the service will cease.
The hosting charge may increase year on year.
